Warranty and shipping

Shipping fees are for UPS ground (normal delivery time 6-10 business days).
Shipping Coverage for the fees listed on our order form is applicable for any address in the continental United States and Canada. We do ship International - call us for international shipping rates.
Most orders are filled and shipped within 24 business hours.
You will receive an electronic receipt detailing the particulars of your order as well as an additional email with the UPS tracking number for your customer.
If there is an expected delay or backorder we will contact you.

We warranty our products
We will replace or repair any defective parts or products that are found within 30 days of purchase. Parts or items claimed to be defective must be returned to us prepaid by the purchaser. Repaired or replaced products will be re-shipped to the purchaser at the expense of us within 30 days. Any shipping damage must be reported to us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been placed with us we will process and ship the order direct from our warehouse to your customer anywhere in Canada or the continental United States. There is no minimum or maximum number of orders that is required. The shipping rates are fixed per item and do not change. Shipping damage or loss that may occur is normally covered by UPS.
